Ordering

I do not have a sizing chart for my items. I prefer custom measurements to ensure the perfect fit for your pampered pooch! All items up to an 18" chest are priced equally, there are no additional charges. If you need a size larger than an 18" chest, please email me for specific pricing as this will incur a small additional fee. Order Prcessing & Turnaround Time

I personally make each item myself, which can take a bit of time because I only create top quality, couture items that will last you many years to come. I will always process, complete and ship out all orders in a timely manner. Depending upon the time of year and volume of orders, your item may take up to 3 weeks to receive. If you need your item for a specific date, please contact me before placing your order to ensure I am able to accommodate you.

Product Info

All items are made of the highest quality fabrics, trims, and embellishments. Each item is lined in comfortable, durable cotton. Drings are always CAST (which means they are one solid piece, there is no slit in the center) and I use Velcro brand, industrial Velcro for extreme durability and safety. Each item has 2-4 inches of Velcro depending on the size of the harness for maximum adjustability and added safety that you can trust. All embellishments are glued and hand sewn for maximum stability and longevity. All high quality bows are fray treated to prevent unraveling. I have spent countless hours perfecting my designs and am proud to offer them to discerning dog lovers everywhere! Garment Care

I highly recommend gentle hand washing all items that have bows, flowers and appliques and laying flat to dry. This will preserve the beauty and life of your garment for years to come.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of my items, returns or exchanges are not permitted, as they are made to your dogs custom measurements and therefore not resalable.

Please be sure to measure your dog correctly to prevent customer errors in measurement. I will happily guide you through this process if you need assistance, contact me here.

If I have made an error in sizing or you receive an item that is somehow defective upon receipt, I will replace the item right away.

I do not accept returns or offer exchanges. Please keep in mind your sale is final.

Payment

The only accepted methods of payment currently are PAYPAL and credit/debit cards processed via PAYPAL. If you have any questions regarding paypal or how to pay, please contact us and we will do our best to walk you through it!

Shipping

I ship exclusively via USPS First Class or Priority mail. Transit time on First Class mail is generally 2-4 business days and Priority mail is 2 business days. Please make sure you choose your shipping option upon checkout.

Shipping costs for US orders are as follows:

First Class: $3.50 USD for one item with delivery confirmation (.50 USD each additional item)
Priority: $6.00 USD for one item with delivery confirmation (.50 USD each additional item)

Shipping costs for International orders are as follows:

First Class: $7.50 USD for one item with delivery confirmation (.50 USD each additional item)

Orders Over $100.00 USD ship free of charge!
